The Cheesecake Factory

The customer service here is amazing, since I loved how attentive our waitress was. In terms of food, it was my first time eating here (because Toronto only has one restaurant with long wait times) and now I can see why people eat here!! The soup of the day was delicious. The drinks were so good. The brown bread with butter is the best thing I have ever tasted in my life. The cheesecake itself was delicious! This is coming from someone who normally doesn’t like cheesecake too!! I will definitely come back here if I am back in Boston again! Only thing I do not recommend is the lettuce wrap dish. Everything else is good.

I recently dined at this location. and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The host or manager's “NATALIA” rudeness was quite evident when my five kids and I were made to wait for an hour, despite there being available tables. What added to the frustration was witnessing similar sized parties being seated ahead of us, after we had an argument. This lack of courtesy and professionalism significantly impacted our overall impression of this restaurant! We love the Cheesecake Factory but this experience was definitely not what we normally experience.

Lovely place. The location is good and the restaurant is really beautiful and spotless clean. The food is nice, but very caloric. I took the flatbread and I liked it! I recommend

In terms of the food, this is likely the best CF I’ve been to. The BREAD here far surpasses that at other locations, and meals were fantastic. However, the service left much to be desired. If they ever recommend that you “wait for an open high top” instead of putting your name on the wait list, absolutely don’t agree to it - I estimate we were left waiting for about 40 minutes when we were told it would be no more than 15. This wait resulted in us not receiving our check until minutes before the restaurant closed (and not being asked if we wanted cheesecake - sad!). Our server was otherwise very attentive and kind. Overall - great food, below-average service.

Buffalo wings are very spicy, “the spiciest thing we have in our menu”. Fish tacos not too bad , the burger was good. Cheesecake was ok
